National wellness workshop from 12th June to 17th June 2023
The Department of Physical Education and Sports, Rosary College of Commerce & Arts, Navelim Goa in association with Sirdora Caculo College of Commerce and Management studies and Yogasthah, wellness center at Colomb affiliated to Isha Foundation Goa are organizing a National Wellness workshop from 12th to 17th June 2023 at St. John Paul II complex Borda, Margao, Goa.
Today, Yoga is considered as an integral part of the education system and keeping in the concept of International Yoga Day, the College intends to organize a series of workshops and conferences for the benefit of lecturers, students, sports coaches, Director’s of Physical Education and the general public with the purpose of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and rejuvenating our body.
