- Dr. Prachi Joshi, Assistant Professor, Department of Marathi of St. Xavier’s College Mapusa – Goa has released her book ‘Marathi Sahitya Srujan’ (मराठी साहित्य सृजन) published by Quratebooks.com with ISBN: 978-93-5898-270-1 in the International Conference “First Vishwa Mukt Srujan Marathi Sahitya Sammelan 2024”
- Dr. Prachi Joshi presented a research paper ‘Impact of Globalization on Marathi Poetry’ at the International Conference “First Vishwa Mukt Srujan Marathi Sahitya Sammelan 2024”.
- Dr. Magdalene D’Souza, Department of Hindi was conferred ‘Hindi Sevi Puraskaar’ by Gomantak Rashtrbhasha Vidhyapeeth on 19th September 2024.
- Dr. Vrunda Kelkar, Department of Marathi has released her book गोमंतकीयकथाकादंबरीतीलस्त्रीप्रतिमा at Mahila Sahitya Sammelan, Dhavali, Ponda.
- Prof. Janet Fernandes was honored by Honorable Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Dr. L.Murugan at Central University, Tamil Nadu for her outstanding contributions to the field of school psychology and her work in translating the book “School Psychology in the Indian Context” into Konkani.
- Dr. Andrew D’Souza, Department of Chemistry receives from C.M. Dr. Pramod Sawant, the sanction letters under the Hand Holding & Start-Up Scheme 2023-24 of the Directorate of Internships, Incubation and Industry in Partnership with Goa University.
- Prof. Nelson Lobo, Department of Physics has released his first technical book of Physics and Electronics titled “Analog and Digital Electronics”. The book is published by Broadway Book Centre, Panjim.
