Circular – ISSN/IBN Journal publications in the Konkani discipline

the Academic Council, in its meeting held on 5th May 2023, resolved to accept ISSN/IBN Journal publications in the Konkani discipline and “Sasai”, the Konkani Peer reviewed Journal published by Goa University in addition to the UGC CARE listed Journal “Ananya” for the purpose of promotion under the Career Advancement Scheme (CAS).

It was further resolved to withdraw this relaxation after a period of two years, taking cognisance of the fact that only one Konkani Journal is included in the UGC CARE list, after which eligibility for Career Advancement shall be limited to publications in UGC CARE listed journals such as “Ananya” and other recognized Konkani Journals.
